Gurukul retreat, nature’s gift to mankind with with one of the majestic waterfalls, boating and trekking in unexplored virgin forgest and a swim in papanasham(sin remover) beach. Gurukul@forest beach retreat, you may come across ample bird life, many species of butterflies, whispering winds, healing herb waters, unimaginable friendly, and pleasing environment surrounded by lofty mountains. Enjoy the elephant ride, ayurvedic massage, trekking to explore and enjoy the beauty of nature here, or lion safari with beautiful sunrise meditation and may be lucky enough for surfing(depending on weather). Our yoga retreats are designed to uplift your body energy, awaken inner potential to you enjoy the infinite joy, calmness and absolute bliss.

At 9:15 the breakfast time and the program will be charted for the day which includes activities like sight seeing, trekking, elephant riding, ayurveda massages, boating to jungle for lion safari followed by lunch.
Our evening yoga sessions include yoga nidra and gentle yoga with moon salutation for common ailments and pranayama.
Dinner will be served at the shala followed by meditation.
